I can offer my opinion both as a former colleague and as a patient of Valentina's. Up to September 2015, I worked in the ENT Department of Peterborough City Hospital as a Medical Secretary. Val was the most conscientious of doctors, giving the patient that extra time where necessary, going that extra mile, explaining everything clearly, making that phone call to a patient to reassure them. Nothing was too much trouble. Val really cared, and she always had that lovely smile on her face. Patients used to request to see "Dr Val" specifically. I can honestly say she is the most wonderful person to have worked with. Since I left the hospital as a colleague of Val's, I needed to attend the ENT Department in August 2019 as a patient. I didn't expect to see Val, but it was my lucky day because I did. I'd had a problem with my left ear for over a year. Three GPs had looked and couldn't see a problem. Well, it took seconds for Val to diagnose my problem. I had a build-up of debris over my eardrum, which was affecting my hearing, and Val treated it quickly and effectively. The care I received that day was exceptional.

Absolutely amazing doctor. Great with kids and very professional. Dr. Val looked after my 4 y old son , made him laugh while treating his ears. He was not scared at all as she was speaking to him trough the procedure and made sure he doesn't see the instruments. I highly recommend Dr. Val
